Terms and Conditions – Bah Events Pty Ltd

1. DEPOSIT

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total quoted amount (or an agreed-upon figure) is required. No booking shall be considered confirmed until this deposit is received and acknowledged in writing.

2. CONFIRMATION OF NUMBERS

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the event. Charges will be based strictly on the confirmed number, regardless of actual attendance. Any increase in numbers after this deadline is subject to availability and will incur additional charges.

3. PAYMENT OF BALANCE

The full outstanding balance must be paid no later than ten (10) calendar days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of services without refund of deposit.

4. LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE

The Client shall be held financially responsible for any loss, damage, or breakage to property belonging to Bah Events Pty Ltd or its subcontractors. Charges will be calculated at full replacement value plus 15% VAT and invoiced accordingly.

5. EXCLUSIVITY OF SERVICE

Bah Events Pty Ltd does not permit “part” catering arrangements involving other service providers, as this may compromise the integrity of our product and service. Exceptions will only be considered in writing and must not create confusion or overlap with other vendors.

6. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Bah Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust quoted prices in the event of significant fluctuations in supplier costs, fuel, or other operational expenses beyond our control. Any such changes will be communicated promptly.

7. AMENDMENTS AND FLEXIBILITY

While we aim to accommodate reasonable changes, any modifications requested after ingredients have been purchased will be charged at the full quoted rate. No refunds or discounts will be issued for reductions made after this point.

8. INGREDIENT SUBSTITUTIONS

In the event that a specific ingredient becomes unavailable, Bah Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute it with a suitable alternative of equal or greater quality, without prior notice.

9. QUOTE VALIDITY

All quotations are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Bah Events Pty Ltd and must be requested in writing.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• Within 7 days of the event: 100% of the quoted price

• Between 8–14 days prior: 50% of the quoted price

• Between 15–21 days prior: 25% of the quoted price

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
